Craig leads the experience design, strategy and marketing teams at 360 Live Media, contributing over two decades of experience in insights-driven research and data-driven marketing. Craig’s deep industry knowledge and passion for engagement spans a variety of sectors, including retail, telecommunications, travel, hospitality, financial services, nonprofit, utilities, and health and wellness.
Craig joined us from the Futures Company, where he served as Group President – Advisory Services, leading the North American consulting team in serving more than 250 Fortune 500 companies with award-winning consulting on consumer trends, insights and future-focused innovation strategies. A recognized marketing authority and author, Craig has improved outcomes for some of the big players in almost every industry: companies such as Starbucks, Sprint, HSN, Chick-fil-A, Walmart and United Way.
Craig cherishes time spent with his wife and two teenage daughters. He’s completed six triathlons, traveled to Russia ten times for humanitarian work and attends many (okay, not all) of his daughters’ sporting events. After stints around the world, we’re thrilled that he’s now calling Washington, DC—and 360 Live Media—his home.
