Y’all it is crazy right now. It’s that time of year when everything seems due at once and there are a ton of events and deadlines and travel.
Consider this Otter Talk your permission to breathe for a moment.
Set a timer for 5 minutes, and just sit and focus on your breathing.
I like the box technique – in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4, out for a count of 4, hold for a count a 4.
