BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research, Analytics and CRM Database Management
  • Research and analyze new business leads, report and track key scorecard metrics for the Business Development Team
  • Lead the integration and management of Salesforce across 360 Live Media—as a data repository, reporting tool, and forecasting tool—to manage customer relationships and active sales
  • Update and manage key success metrics including incoming revenue, closed won revenue, open opportunities (pipeline), appointments, and tasks, including updating weekly metrics for scorecards
Proposal and Contract Development
  • Manage the client contracting process for 360 Live Media
    • Serve as internal liaison between business development and client operations
    • Provide ongoing management of our process that allows for the growth and development of standard scoping language
    • Identify appropriate service offerings for prospective clients, and craft and deliver new scopes of work (“SOWs”) to prospective clients that reflect said offerings
    • Support senior leadership in the creation of SOWs for existing client upsells and renewals
  • Coordinate the development of 360 Live Media’s response to all Requests for Proposals
Marketing Support
  • Develop, deploy, and track custom campaigns to relevant prospects
  • Identify appropriate industry awards and lead the submission of applications for those awards to increase 360 Live Media’s brand awareness and credibility
  • Build presentations and provide support to 360 Live Media team members who are presenting or speaking on behalf of the company

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within Sales Operations, Business Development/New Business, or Account Management
  • Experience with the Salesforce.com and/or other CRM platforms
  • Demonstration of previous writing and editing experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Operating System (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and an individual who thrives on working autonomously
  • Experience within media, marketing and communications industry
  • Familiarity with the association space
  • Understanding of professional services business model
