360 Live Media’s executive assistant, Chandler Smith, has built a well-deserved reputation for thinking on his feet, 30,000’ above sea level, and wherever else circumstances take him. It’s a skill he draws upon to help the agency not only meet its deadlines, but knock them out of the park. Day in. Day out.
After graduating from Oklahoma’s Rogers State University with a freshly minted BA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Chandler flew to Dubai, UAE and landed an internship on a film crew showcasing the emirate to the world on behalf of the Royal Family.
His position saw him flying in the royal family’s private plane filming a team of skydivers over the coastline, chasing thoroughbreds through the desert in a grueling 74-mile endurance race, capturing footage of acrobats in wingsuits thousands of feet above the marina, and locals doing yoga in the world’s tallest skyscraper.
Chandler credits experiences like these, and his love of conquering challenges large and small, for equipping him with the drive, stamina, and ability to problem-solve on the fly that have made him the perfect fit for his position.
Before joining Team Lime, Chandler honed his skills recruiting talent for a leading start-up, and then managing luxury high-rises in the DC Metro area.
When Chandler is not conquering challenges on the job, you’ll find him conquering all challengers in the boxing ring. Boxing is one of his favorite pastimes, right alongside long distance running. Chandler, you see, ran track and cross country for Rogers State, and once won the Junior National Championship in the 4 x 800 relay while still in high school.
Which is important to remember next time you overhear someone talking about how 360 Live Media runs circles around its competition. Such uncivil boasts are contrary to The 360 Way, so when you hear them, chances are it’s just somebody describing Chandler out on his daily run.
