CBA LIVE 2018: GOING BEYOND THE BANK AND INTO THE STRATOSPHERE

2018 represents the 9th year of the partnership between 360 Live Media and the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA). Coincidentally, it also represents the 9th year running that the CBA increased attendance of its CBA LIVE annual conference—marking a 300% increase in attendance, a 4000% increase in vendor and sponsor funding, and audience satisfaction that was through the roof. For this year’s theme, CBA went Beyond the Bank—encouraging attendees to challenge their comfort zones, inhibitions and limitations of the past while entertaining imaginative new ways to reach customers outside traditional brick and mortar banking. This year’s innovation-laden experience featured live streaming; dynamic, thought provoking speakers, a larger-then-life display screen and a jocular Artificial intelligence (AI) bot named I-Janet. Ultimately, not only did CBA LIVE go beyond the bank—but beyond all expectations as well.
