In other agencies, they refer to their account manager as a “liaison” or a “go between.” Not us. At 360 Live Media, we refer to Stacy Shrum, our account manager, as our “go to.”
Stacy, you see, is more than your point of contact, she’s your strategic partner and sympathetic ear, constantly on the lookout for ways to maximize the effectiveness of our partnership and ensure your every concern is addressed and every need met—often before you even know that you have them.
It’s a skill she’s honed from early on. Throughout her career, from assisting more than sixty governmental agencies achieve their mission goals as a client relationship specialist, to helping bring a private-sector startup to its feet as their client services manager—for Stacy, it’s not only the connections she makes but the relationships she builds that provides her with the greatest career satisfaction.
Now, the fact she graduated Magna cum Laude and Phi Betta Kappa from Boston College obviously played a substantial role in helping Stacy so effortlessly navigate client-agency relationships; however, she’ll be the first to tell you that her upbringing in a nautical town on the rugged coast of New England was equally influential. It was there she mastered the ropes of being a team player, hard work, and the importance of remaining grounded in rough and calm seas both. Her father, you see, is a professional sailor, chartering a small fleet of past America’s Cup sailing yachts.
Coming from such an accomplished seafaring family has helped make Stacy as comfortable wading into the unchartered waters of corporate board rooms as she is on the open sea, knowing that with a competent crew, clearly defined objectives, and just the right tack, there’s no objective that can’t be achieved.
