The ideal candidate for the SVP of Accounts role believes in the core values of 360 Live Media—The 360 Way—and is driven by our philosophy and mission. Beyond that, we are seeking a candidate who has proven experience in leading and growing client relationships. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to lead a driven, bright and diverse team. They must also have experience in a marketing or advertising agency setting and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.


You have an exceptional capacity for managing, leading, and developing a high-performing account and project team, while establishing processes that ensure the organization runs smoothly and effectively. You inspire and lead by example, setting professional standards and account management expertise for the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • enforcing accountability, developing and empowering top-notch leaders from the bottom up, lead from the top down, cultivating entrepreneurship, and learning the strengths and weaknesses of the team in order to put each in a position to succeed;
  • managing a team of account and project managers to serve our clients, representing 360 Live Media and delivering exceptional work;
  • ensuring the highest quality of team communications and collaboration, bringing leadership and clarity to engagement assignment objectives, tasks, and deliverables on projects;
  • building new areas of expertise and nurturing the development of the account team as a whole, and as individuals, by providing mentorship, guidance, and authority opportunities;
  • building a positive agency culture while fostering positive working relationships with other companies and clients;
  • playing a key role in management and cultivation of all accounts to grow the footprint of 360 Live Media within each;
  • conducting monthly performance check-ins with direct reports and ensuring that each member is provided with a clear career path.
Client Services

You are committed to serving our clients in a manner that helps them deliver on their business objectives, while ensuring 360 Live Media reaches our goals. You are passionate about getting to know our clients, both personally and professionally, and using that knowledge to exceed expectations at every turn. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • taking the lead in building client business and generating new strategies for agency-client partnerships;
  • building senior-level relationships with clients, being viewed as an indispensable member of the overall 360 Live Media team;
  • developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of all clients’ businesses, brands, customers, and competitive environments in order to contribute to the development of the most effective business solutions, communications, and creative strategies that deliver against their business objectives;
  • leading and fully participating in client briefs, client presentations, and client research;
  • communicating and reinforcing 360 Live Media’s standards of excellence, ensuring that all projects are consistent with these standards and meet the desired business objectives, while delivering a best-in-class solution on time, on budget, and with the utmost integrity;
  • demonstrating account leadership, expertise, and support to all account, creative and operations team members.
Strategic Vision and Creative Agility

You have an ability to think strategically and anticipate future consequences and trends in order to incorporate them into client planning, and the ability to manage our clients at both strategic and operational levels. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • leading the conceptualization and development of strategic solutions for 360 Live Media clients and projects;
  • conceiving and pitching solutions to current and potential clients using a persuasive and confident approach to all engagements;
  • seeking opportunities to expand 360 Live Media’s role within current clients to extend across the entire portfolio of offerings with a strong focus on growing 360 Live Media’s footprint within existing client base;
  • working with accounting to provide routine revenue forecasts, align resources with revenue, anticipate issues, etc.;
  • writing strategic frameworks and reports.

You have an exceptional track record of exceeding client expectations and a bottom-line orientation, with evidence of the ability to consistently make wise decisions through a combination of analysis, wisdom, experience, judgment, and a high level of business acumen. You possess the ability to balance the delivery of client commitments against the realities of a budget, timeline, and competing projects and priorities. You have an attitude of problem-solving and creative resourcefulness. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • having full accountability and ownership of implementing scopes of work and master services agreements;
  • possessing the ability to explain why and how specific actions will work creatively, tactically, strategically, metrically, and financially;
  • managing the tracking, reporting, and measurement of client initiatives, providing proactive direction for quick adjustments and future strategies.
Action Orientation

You enjoy working hard and rolling up your sleeves with the team and have the ability to act nimbly and quickly to solve challenges and react as necessary, even if limited information is available. You are not afraid to take charge of a situation and make tough decisions.


Minimum of 12+ years of account/client leadership in an agency environment. MBA or similar advanced degree highly desired. An understanding of the print production process, marketing campaign execution and implementation, video production process, and vendor management is mandatory.
